Figure 1. The Pale-breasted Thrush is common in Serra de Baturité. The species is very active vocally, and often dominates the "dawn concert". Absent from Caatinga lowlands.

In the first half of January, when I made this photo, I already saw adult birds feeding nearly grown-up offspring.
