Figure 2. Enlarged view of fig. 1. The species, at least the local race, has a dark and curved upper mandible and a pale and straight lower mandible. The lower mandible can actually look orange (as in photo), but I am not certain whether there are interindividual differences, and what effect the ambient light has.
